We are an independent creator studio producing fan-made collectibles and original display goods, including metal pins, acrylic pieces, stickers, prints, and other collectible items.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not normally dispatched on weekends or public holidays in China.

Orders are shipped from Guangdong, China. We currently serve Canada and the contiguous United States.

We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, or other U.S. offshore and remote territories.

Estimated delivery to the contiguous United States is approximately 6–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Yes. A tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take some time to appear or update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Orders shipped to the contiguous United States use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges are included, so U.S. customers should not normally be asked to pay additional import fees upon delivery.

Any sales tax that we are legally required to collect is separate and will be shown at checkout.

Orders shipped to Canada use Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST/HST/PST/QST, and carrier handling or brokerage fees that may apply.

If a carrier unexpectedly requests an import payment for a U.S. order, please contact us before making the payment.
