RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We may request additional information to review the claim.

You do not need to send the item back to China for an approved claim.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund, a full refund of the affected product, or a replacement if available. The proposed resolution will be confirmed by email.

Change-of-Mind and Unwanted Items

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for unwanted, opened, used, or incorrectly selected items.

No physical return is required for approved damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order under applicable law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the refund is confirmed.

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

Unless required by applicable law, original shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests can only be considered before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Lost, Refused, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages

If a package is lost, refused, unclaimed, or sent to an incorrect address, please contact us at cabrickkingstudio@qq.com .

We will review the carrier tracking information and the circumstances of the shipment before deciding whether a refund or other resolution is available. Refunds are not automatic in these cases.
