RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
An unboxing video may be helpful when reviewing damage, missing items, or packaging-related issues, but it is not mandatory. We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to review the claim.
You do not need to send the item back to China for an approved claim.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund, a full refund for the affected product, or a replacement if available. The proposed resolution will be confirmed by email.
Normal Product Variations
Many of our products are produced, printed, finished, or assembled in small batches. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s overall appearance or normal use are not considered defects.
These variations may include:
- Slight differences in color caused by screens, lighting, or production batches
- Minor measurement differences caused by manual measurement
- Small print, cutting, positioning, or assembly variations
- Minor surface or finishing marks consistent with the product material and manufacturing process
Major manufacturing errors, substantial damage, missing components, or issues that materially affect the product’s appearance or normal function may qualify for after-sales assistance.
Change-of-Mind and Unwanted Items
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for unwanted, opened, used, or incorrectly selected items.
No physical return is required for approved damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order under applicable law.
Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind.
If such an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order details, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
This section does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
Preorder Items
A preorder cancellation may only be accepted before production, material reservation, or order preparation has started.
Once production, reservation, or preparation has begun, a preorder may no longer be eligible for cancellation because the item is being produced or secured specifically for the order.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect preorder items remain covered by the relevant sections of this policy.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the refund is confirmed.
The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unless required by applicable law, original shipping charges are not refundable.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at cabrickkingstudio@qq.com .
Cancellation requests can only be considered before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Lost, Refused, Unclaimed, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages
If a package is lost, refused, unclaimed, or sent to an incorrect address, please contact us at cabrickkingstudio@qq.com .
We will review the carrier’s tracking information and the circumstances of the shipment before determining whether a refund, replacement, reshipment, or another resolution is available.
Refunds are not automatic in these cases. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim it, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
