C.A Brick King Studio is an independent creator studio offering collectible products, accessories, display pieces, and other artist-designed merchandise.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products inspired by recognizable characters, films, games, or other media are independently created fan-made items. They are not official, licensed, authorized, or endorsed merchandise.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, finishes, and colors accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting conditions and screen settings. Measurements taken manually may also have minor variations.
Details that apply to a specific product—including its dimensions, materials, finish, included accessories, production status, or estimated preparation time—will be stated on the relevant product page.
3. Handmade and Small-Batch Products
Some products are handmade, manually assembled, or produced in small batches. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s appearance or intended use may occur between individual items.
Damage, significant defects, incorrect items, or other product issues are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Orders
An order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or an inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown by the store. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other charges will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.
6. Preorders and Made-to-Order Products
Products identified as preorder or made-to-order items may require additional preparation or production time. The applicable estimate will be stated on the product page.
Production and dispatch estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If a significant delay affects an order, we will provide updated information when reasonably possible.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, damaged or incorrect items, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, the original photography, written descriptions, store graphics, layouts, and original creative materials presented on this website belong to or are used by C.A Brick King Studio. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.
